today was Day 2 at Camp Broadway anf here's what we did we did a lot of stuff about the play after that during my lunch break i had a Pokemon Battle!

Camp Broadway Bound 2010


Ok Today we did a lot of games and finding out the parts for the play
and it was a good first day my favorite part the when i saw a 1 leg segull outside but we also got to go over the Under The Sea song for the singing it was fun the campers had to sing it 3 times so they can be Loud enough I also handed out song sheets for all the campers so they can sing to song i also had to take the campers to the restroom which was not fun at all I also took a few pics there because i wanted to so here is a pic that Nikki took of me.

Camp Broadway Bound 2010 Update 6 ROCKIN' THE SUMMER AWAY


Hey everybody i know it has been two weeks since the last post but here is the next Update.
ROCKIN' THE SUMMER AWAY
Musical Theatre Camp - 2010
featuring songs from 50's, 60's and 70's
Ages 7 - 14
A musical theatre camp where students have fun improving their singing, dancing and musical theatre acting skills as they put together a rock and roll celebration! Students will receive instruction and positive critiques from instructors to help them become a triple threat (actor, singer, dancer). They will perform various song and dance numbers in a showcase musical revue at the end of camp. Campers need to bring a sack lunch, snacks and water.
In addition to registration fees paid to the recreation departments, a $10 cash production fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp to cover a practice CD, song sheets, and any performance related fees.

Update 5 COMMERCIAL & FILM ACTING CAMP


Hi everyone here is my next Update for Camp Broadway Bound 2010


COMMERCIAL & FILM ACTING CAMP
Ages 7 - 14
If your child dreams of being on TV and in movies this camp is for them! Young actors will learn to perform and audition for the camera as well as: learn acting terms and techniques; perform on-camera scene study; learn to analyze a script; be involved in improv and drama games; work on memory skills; and be introduced to resume and headshot development .
Students must bring a sack lunch (for full day camps), snacks and sunscreen. Water will be provided. A $15 cash materials fee is payable to the camp on the first day to cover a class DVD that will be mailed to the student a after camp ends and a handbook they will receive on the last day of camp.

Camp Broadway Bound Update 4 WIZARDY LITERACY CAMP - Keep the Harry Potter Magic Alive!


Update 4 people here is the most camp ever if you are looking into please read this.
Calling All Young Wizards to Explore J. K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows"
Come join us at Wizardry and Literacy Camp for a fun week that will take campers on a journey through reading, writing and acting as we study the J. K. Rowling book, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” Young wizards will be sorted into groups which are led by our “professors” and each day young wizards will work on reading parts of the book and acting it out, personal journaling, making wands & hats and making & sampling treats of Wizardry cuisine. The emphasis on this camp will be the importance of reading and writing - and making it fun and learning how to create interesting characters to make stories come alive.

The Little Mermaid

Westlake Village & Ventura

A fun drama day-camp in a safe, non-competitive environment designed to awaken the creative spirit and imagination through acting, music and movement.
Classes meet daily, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, for 1 week as students prepare to present a showcase presentation for family and friends on the last day of camp at 7 p.m.
Students will love being “immersed” in theatre for a week while they are involved in every aspect of the production from learning lines, music and dance steps, to creating costumes and staging their show.
Students must bring a sack lunch, water bottle, snacks and sunscreen.

KIDS CAN COOK TOO CAMP - Cooking and Cake & Candy Decorating
Ages 7 - 14
BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER
Students will spend each session making meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. This is a hands-on camp where students also learn the importance of about safety and cleanliness in the kitchen as well work on reading and math skills (shh-that’s our secret!) A cash materials fee (see location) due to instructor first day of camp covers all food materials used and a cook booklet containing the recipes they used at camp.

CAKE DECORATING AND CANDY MAKING
This fun class will cover learning to bake, fill, frost and decorate cupcakes, as well as melting and molding chocolate, making truffles, peanut butter cups and dipped fruit and pretzels.
